Our retreat will be held at The Yogi’s Garden, a beautiful sanctuary about 1 hour’s drive from Ubud. The closest airport is Denpasar (DPS).
You can book a GRAB taxi or shuttle directly from the airport (at your own expense).
The Yogi’s Garden also offers a private driver service, which we can arrange for you:
Airport → The Yogi’s Garden: IDR 550k
Ubud → The Yogi’s Garden: IDR 300k
(These rates are very reasonable — and it’s always more fun if you can share the ride with other guests!)
Travel Tips:
If you haven’t already, download the GRAB App for getting around Bali. It’s super easy — you can ride on the back of a scooter for short trips, or book a car if you prefer more comfort.
We recommend arriving in Ubud/Bali a few days before the retreat begins. This gives you time to ground, settle in, and soak up the island’s magic before our journey starts together.

You can use cards in Bali but cash is best. Get cash out at the airport as they don't charge you conversion fees there. Of course, having a WISE card is also best when travelling to avoid high conversion fees.

Yogi’s Garden is situated in the mountains / jungle, and is quite remote. Because of this, we would recommend bringing some snacks with you (of course we provide meals).
Because we are in the mountains, there can be a bit of chill in the morning and evenings. Please bring some warm layers / shawl / blankets for practice. Comfortable clothing, togs, drink bottle, a journal and pen, an Open Heart.
