By registering for any offering through Rise Up Alchemy Ltd — including in-person retreats, digital courses, online memberships, or associated events — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Personal Responsibility & Mental Health Disclaimer

Rise Up Alchemy offers transformational retreats and spiritual development experiences designed to support personal growth, inner healing, and community connection. While our work may be deeply therapeutic in nature, we are not licensed therapists or mental health professionals, and our offerings are not a replacement for medical advice, therapy, or psychiatric care.

By registering for any of our offerings, you:

Confirm you are mentally and emotionally stable enough to participate in deep spiritual work.

Take 100% full responsibility for your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing before, during, and after the experience.

Acknowledge that any decisions or actions you take as a result of our events or teachings are made by your own free will.

Agree to consult with your doctor or therapist before participating if you have any current or previous mental health conditions.

Rise Up Alchemy Ltd reserves the right to decline a registration or remove a participant from any retreat or program at any time if it is determined that their presence poses a risk to themselves or others.

2. Payment Plans & Commitment

We offer payment plan options to make our offerings more accessible. However, by selecting a payment plan, you agree to the following:

You are entering a binding financial agreement and commit to completing all scheduled payments in full.

You must ensure your payment method has sufficient funds and remains valid throughout the duration of your plan.

Failed or missed payments will result in follow-up communication and may incur additional administrative or late fees.

Access to events or content may be withheld until payments are up to date.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our work and the energetic preparation required for our offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Retreats (regardless of attendance)

Online courses

Digital products

Membership subscriptions

By registering, you acknowledge this strict no-refund policy and agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.

4. Online Memberships (Coming Soon)

Our upcoming digital membership platform will be hosted online and run on a monthly subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to:

Allow recurring monthly payments to be processed automatically until you cancel.

Provide accurate and up-to-date billing information.

Cancel your membership at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to be charged.

Understand that all membership content remains the intellectual property of Rise Up Alchemy Ltd and cannot be shared, copied, or reproduced.

5. Event & Content Disclaimer

Our retreats and online programs may include the use of spiritual tools such as sound healing, meditation, breathwork, embodiment practices, and intuitive facilitation. These practices can be intense and may bring up unexpected emotions or memories.

Participation is voluntary, and by engaging in these experiences, you agree to:

Honour your own boundaries and take breaks as needed.

Speak to a team member if you require support during an event.

Release Rise Up Alchemy Ltd, Melly Rose, and Samantha May from any and all claims of liability related to physical, emotional, or mental outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, meditations, workbooks, and recordings provided through Rise Up Alchemy Ltd are the exclusive property of Melly Rose and Samantha May. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or publicly share any of our content without express written permission.

7. Code of Conduct

We hold our spaces sacred and expect all participants to act with integrity, respect, and kindness. We reserve the right to remove any participant who exhibits abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour, without refund.

8. Changes & Updates

Rise Up Alchemy Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted to our website, and your continued use of our services indicates your agreement with any revised terms.
