Souls were seeded with knowing: a remembrance of our connection to all cosmic life.
Rivers flowed, mountains rose, the Earth rolled, the winds cleared and from this movement came frequency.
As time unfolded, the cosmos birthed sound, geometry, movement, lightwaves, and fractals.

Melly Rose is a Spiritual Counsellor and Mentor, a Healer and a Channel with decades of experience working both in the physical and etheric realms.
She ran a busy clinic in Auckland for 7 years and now lives in Sydney and works online with clients from all over the world.
Melly has a degree in psychology and sociology, is a Reiki master and teacher, a Bowen practitioner, has an ITEC diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage plus has run many workshops around the world and is passionate about empowering people.
She has also run a free meditation and support circle for several years, offered free daily light language meditations 6 days a week over covid lockdowns and has spoken on main stage at NZ Spirit Festival on Sovereignty and Empowerment.

Is there payment plan available?
The retreat investment is split into TWO payments. (All payments are to be made through Mana's website.)
1. Non-refundable deposit which is the Mana Fee (accommodation & meals). This amount varies based on which accommodation option you choose.
2. Tuition fee of $900 presale, increases to $1,050 May 31st - due before July 31st.
Can I share a room with a friend?
Yes! If you book a shared room, please liaise with team at Mana directly to share with a friend.
What is the arrival and departure times?
Rise Up - Sound of Creation is a 4 day, 3 night immersive retreat held at Mana Retreat Centre
Arrival from: 4pm August 13th
Farewell & Departure: 12pm August 16th
Will you be sharing the retreat schedule?
Our retreat schedule will be revealed upon your arrival – let yourself surrender to the mystery. There will be plenty of free to time enjoy the Retreat Grounds, Sanctuary, Sauna, Gardens etc.
What happens if I change my mind or can no longer come?
We are unable to provide refunds so having travel insurance can help protect yourself should any unforeseen events happen that prevent you from being able to attend. Your payments with us are non-refundable, however, in some cases we may be able to transfer the funds to a future retreat.
Who can join this retreat?
Rise Up - The Sound of Creation is open to Men & Women who are open and ready to change their lives. You must be in good, physical and mental health and be willing to take radical self responsibility of yourself during the retreat.

This retreat is open to all. If you sign up to the retreat you'll receive a special discount available for our upcoming Light Language course which is due to launch very soon and will finish just before the retreat begins.
(You do not need to complete the course to come to this retreat. It's simply for anyone who wishes to dive deeper with Melly & Sammy)
In addition, if you have previously attended Samantha's Light Language Mastery Course or Melly's Heal Course you will receive a 50% discount on The Sound of Creation course.for now)
